In 1987, Snowden & Associates, Inc. was founded as a Farmington Hills, Michigan based commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in all types of office buildings.


In 1993, Snowden Management was created to manage many of the properties it marketed.


In 1999, Snowden Development was formed to acquire and develop properties for its own account and others.


In 2010, First Call Commercial Building Services was formed to maintain, repair and renovate commercial buildings for ourselves and others.


Collectively, the entities are known as SNOWDEN COMPANIES.



In its simplest terms, Snowden Companies is about people and product.
