Our management division was formed in 1993 to oversee properties for Lincoln National Life Insurance Company. We focus significantly on our responsibility as a property management company. Receivership Services

Snowden Companies provides asset management and liquidation consulting, specializing in receivership management. The in-depth, practical, professional experience of Snowden Companies includes mortgage and statutory receivership, management, bankruptcy proceedings, loans, workouts, financial analysis, construction and development management, problem real estate marketing, and tailored reporting.

Receivership Management

Snowden Companies primary receivership objective is to secure the physical asset, accounts, and records to protect the integrity of the asset and income stream. The secondary objective is to establish management and procedures that protect and preserve the asset. The following outlines the services members of Snowden Companies will provide:

  • Third party independant control as a fiduciary of the court.
  • Possession and preservation of the asset.
  • Supervision and direction of daily "on-going" activities of the property.
